The Northwestern Region covers the state of Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Montana and the Idaho panhandle, with nearly 3,900 members strong in over 114 clubs. The mission of the Northwestern Region is to provide its members with leadership training and education empowering them to advance human rights and the status of women locally and globally.

There are four Federations within Soroptimist International. Our Federation includes the clubs in North, Central & South America, Japan, Korea, Philippines & Taiwan.

Soroptimist is an international organization for business and professional women who work to improve the lives of women and girls, in local communities and throughout the world. Almost 95,000 Soroptimist in about 120 countries and territories contribute time and financial support to community–based and international projects that benefit women and girls.
