Ongoing Service Projects:
- Mammogram Program - We pay for mammograms for women who otherwise would be unable to afford the procedure or who would not otherwise schedule one due to the lack of health insurance.
- Vial of Life - We provide the Emergency Medical Responders of Island County a way to access vital health information that could mean a matter of life or death for individuals who have picked up a Vial of Life container (free) at Whidbey General Hospital and put it to use.
- Ridgewood Park - We have adopted the park to help clean and beautify it on a regular basis as a quality of life program for women and children. It is the only playground park on Whidbey Island that is handicap user friendly.
- STOP Trafficking Public Awareness campaign - to raise media attention and educate the public on the issues of sexual slavery of women and girls.
- Tree of Hope - Names of children in need are collected through low income resources. Gifts are then purchased, sponsored or donated and given to children through out Island County at Christmas time. Every year there are over 500 children in need who receive a gift and the numbers continue to grow.
